All prices in US dollars, excluding any applicable state transaction privilege tax. Transaction counts are measured as the twelve-month average of posted ledger lines.

Billing questions
Because the alternative wastes everyone's time. These three tiers cover about eighty per cent of the businesses that contact us. If you fall outside them, we quote in writing after reviewing your file, using the same hourly basis of $95.
Sustained growth in transaction volume, adding an entity, or adding a service line. We review scope every six months and give thirty days' written notice before any adjustment. We do not raise fees mid-term.
Onboarding is included when your existing file is current. If prior periods need clean-up first, that is quoted separately as a one-off project, typically between $600 and $4,500 depending on how far back it goes.
Invoiced on the first of the month for that month's service, payable by ACH or card within ten days. No long-term contract — thirty days' notice from either side, as set out in our Terms of Service.
Yes. Paying twelve months up front reduces the total by five per cent. Refunds on early termination are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Share read-only access to your file. Within two business days you will have a written scope and a fixed monthly fee.
